Hi, I’m Melanie

Originally from California, I fell in love with travel and have been digitally nomading globally with my business for the past year. Prior to my nomadic lifestyle kicking off, I was in Sonoma County for many years, studying holistic healing. I hold my Reiki Master Teacher certification and a 13-month Priestess training on leading Goddess Circles.  For me, the learning never stops, and though VITA coaching is the core of my work currently, I am also training as a Hypnotherapist to weave all of my modalities together - creating the best results for my clients.   I know that this work works, because it has completely transformed me personally as well as so many that I’ve witnessed firsthand.  I enjoy anything music or nature-related in my free time, especially if it involves a body of water.  


About my coaching program

VITA coaching is so effective because it focuses on the somatic experience of the client, as opposed to the traditional types of purely mental, analytical processes that one would find in traditional talk therapy.  With these somatic and meditative practices, I find that clients can address their emotional states with so much more ease and safety present.  This allows for healing to occur, under the guidance of a trauma-informed practitioner.  In the areas of Sex, Love, and Relationships, I find this somatic method to be so effective because we hold all of our stories in our bodies as well as our minds.  Therefore, we need to approach the alchemical process of healing with targeted and multifaceted processes - in order to transmute our pain points at every level of being.

With this methodology, you come to access your own inner aliveness with ease. Together, we discover your desires, and we map out strategies to get you to exactly where you want to go in your sex/love life.  I act as a loving guide every step of the way.  I trust that you hold all the answers within - I just hold the space to help you find them.

While I am not a psychotherapist and cannot work with those who are actively struggling with severely impairing mental health challenges, there is still a lot we can do together with coaching! I am also happy to collaborate with your psychotherapist as needed.

The impact of this work:

There is a certain magic that happens with the right coaching relationship.  When you feel seen, understood, and learn tangible tools to help you move forward in your life - you become unstoppable.  I have seen miraculous shifts in these sessions, for both myself and my clients.  I have seen women come to me in their mid-life, never having experienced an orgasm before, only to discover they are multi-orgasmic as they go along their coaching journey.  I have seen sexual shame and conditioning dissolve into the past, where it belongs - as people begin to reclaim the sacredness of their sexual energy.  

I have seen clients go from single, hating dating, to blissfully married to the love of their life.  It doesn’t need to take that much time.  Change doesn’t need to be difficult - all it takes is some step-by-step willingness with the right fit in a coach.

  • Feel free to reach out via my contact form and I’ll be in touch within 48 hours. From there, we can schedule a free Zoom consult and make sure it’s a good fit to proceed into a coaching relationship.

  • I currently charge 88$/hour session. If you are interested in a specialized package format instead, we can discuss that too.

  • I am very open to designing something that works for both of us! I typically see clients weekly or biweekly.

  • Once a session is booked and paid for, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in order to reschedule your slot. Emergency last minute changes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, in which case you can reach out to me via email in order to explain what’s going on. I will do my best to accommodate changes, but I do appreciate the advance notice.

  • Once a session is paid for, a refund will not be available. Rescheduling will be available with more than 24 hours’ notice. No-shows will not be refunded - please always communicate if you have to miss a session and I’ll do my best to reschedule you with the 24 hours’ notice.

  • All appointments will be conducted via video conference in my private zoom room. Confidentiality is assured.
